Drop-off 

If you believe that your dog is unwell on the day of their appointment (ie. vomiting, diarrhoea) please get in touch to reschedule. This is to protect the other dogs in our care but also to ensure the health and safety of your dog. 

Please make sure that your dog has had the opportunity to use the toilet before they arrive at the salon so that they are comfortable during their time with us. 

You can feel free to bring along any special blankets, toys or treats that your dog loves to help them feel at home! It is important that you bring a lead and secure collar/harness for your dogs safety when coming to the salon. Our garden is well enclosed but we wouldn't want to risk them running off.

Collection 

An approximate collection time will be provided during drop off, however this may fluctuate depending on your dogs coat condition and overall behaviour towards being groomed. We appreciate patience if we are running past this time - we will not rush your pet through their groom. We will call or text as we are finishing up, if you need more than 15 minutes notice to collect your dog please let us know during drop off. We will obviously take good care of your pet awaiting your collection however any dog not collected within 30 minutes may be charged a late pickup fee. 

Please do not arrive at the salon before you have been contacted, doing so will excite your dog which makes completing their groom safely very difficult. It is hard to calm your pet down after this as they think it is home time, therefore we may need to end the groom. 

If for any reason you are not happy with your groom please let us know during collection or within 2 days of the groom so we can rectify the problem - your satisfaction is important to us.
