Booking In

We ask that when booking your dog in for the first time with us you make us aware of any health conditions/allergies they may have or of any issues during previous grooming experiences, regarding the dogs temperament. It is essential that we know this so that we can prepare ourselves for the dog's grooming session and assess whether we think they are suitable to be groomed in our salon safely. We reserve the right to cancel service before or during the groom to overly aggressive dogs if we feel at risk or with any other issues that should be instead seen by a vet. A reasonable cost may be charged for the time spent trying to groom the dog and the allocated slot appointed to the client.

We recommend that our regular clients pre-book their dog in at the time of their appointment. This helps to avoid disappointment and to make sure you get a time slot that best suits you. Most dogs require grooming every 6-8 weeks so booking your dog in advance will not only help you organise your schedule but also avoid any matted fur disasters.
