Cancellation & No Shows

We understand that situations can arise in which you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us within at least 24 hours of your appointment if this is ever the case. Cancellations can be made easily by calling or texting the salon on 07506592614 or by sending a message to us through Facebook. There are no fees applied for cancellations or reschedules that have given 24 hours or more notice. 

As we are an appointment based service, we have specifically allocated a certain amount of time for your dog. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to accommodate you, as we have to stay on time to respect the allocated slots of our other clients. If this is the case it will be treated as a no show.

No shows and late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service booked before another appointment can be made. This is due to the fact we cannot always fill missed appointments in time and as we are a small business we cannot afford to lose out on income. 

We offer appointment reminders the day before you are scheduled in, please let us know if you'd like to receive these as they are not automatic.
